FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions.

What size are the photos?  My sports photos are available in three ways.  As 5x7" or 6x8" (depending
on the camera used) or as 8x10" unframed prints, or as framed 8x10" prints. The framed
prints are tastefully matted & shipped in an elegant, 11x14", black metal frame.

Can I use my Credit Card? Yes. I accept both Visa and MasterCard, directly. I can also accept
International Postal or Bank Money Orders, provided they are drawn on a Canadian bank.
You can also use your credit or debit cards through PayPal.

Why are prices in Canadian Dollars? It would seem reasonable to use US dollars, which everyone
understands. However, I am based in Canada and my bank can only charge credit cards in Canadian
dollars. So, my bank will charge your card in Canadian dollars and your bank will then convert it to your
own currency.    You can check the price in your currency, here. However, exchange rates vary throughout
the day and credit card firms add a currency exchange fee. However, the price you  pay will
likely not
vary by more than 2 or 3% from what you see at XE.com.

Will I have to pay Duty?  If you live in Canada, the USA. Costa Rica or Mexico, no. These photos are
Canadian made amd are coverd by free trade agreements.  In other countries,
you  may have to pay a small amount of Duty and/or VAT when they arrive.

When will my photo(s) arrive?  I order Sports prints only when you place your order. Thus, it can take
7 to 10 days before your order is shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times vary, but most major centers
can be reached within 14 to 21 days, so please allow up to 30 days, for your prints to arrive.
Outside
North America prints are shipped by surface post and while they can sometimes arrive rather quickly,
they can also take 12 to 16 weeks.
Please note that we travel a fair bit, which will delay shipments.
Please check our Travel Notice in the Wildlife section.

Can Publication Rights be purchased?  In most, but not all cases, yes. Please email me  for more info.
