The Digital Modul-R is a 10.2 megapixel back which turns
the Leica R8 and R9 35mm film cameras into
the only cameras on the planet capable of both
film and digital imaging. It has now been discontinued and rumours are
that it will be replaced, in the fall of '08 by the R10,
an all digital body. 0
